The Wood Family

Well, here we are in our new place! But no, the picture isn’t exactly descriptive. :)  I’d like to wait until we have real furniture before showing much off because there’s just not much to see yet.

The book Bryce is reading is one he picked out at Barnes & Noble with the gift card he won through the library’s summer reading program. Zachary has a fun pumpkin book Grandma & Grandpa Texas sent last year and the one against the wall is the one I read to Zachary’s preschool class that morning (that was a new experience).

At long last, Aunt Sherbert is in town. It has been so long since we have seen Jason’s Aunt Sherry that all we can remember is that it was before Zachary was born. It was wonderful to see her, but bittersweet since the occasion was Jason’s Great Aunt Ila’s passing. The funeral service was September 18.

Need a workout, anyone? Try pulling close to 100 lbs in this contraption! The boys LOVE it, that’s for sure!

This year’s Woodward Dream Cruise was August 16, which means for the entire week prior cool cars are cruising up and down Woodward Avenue. We went out a couple different nights to see some sweet rides.
