  1. sorry Linds but my Grandma Lough made pancakes for my sissy and me with buckwheat flour once and I never forgot them (obviously) - I love pancakes but I don’t want any buckwheat in them - all I need is a box of Jiffy mix…………….

  2. Yeah, they’re a bit on the healthy side, but these are really delish - not too much buckwheat! I too have unpleasant buckwheat memories, though, so I understand!
