A thoughtful article by my friend, Veronica, last week:
As for the interruptions she discusses, I learned from my former boss (“The Other Guy“) how to view those. When it was something worthy of being interrupted (y’know – like a real live person with at least what they deem a real need in the moment), no matter how important the task at hand seemed to be at the moment, those he considered “divine interruptions.” I would do well to not hold my plans for the day and the moment with too tightly clenched a fist! Who knows what God is up to and how He is going to shift my plans.
